The AGT Communications Agency was founded in 1996.

Since then, we have focused on developing corporate communications, improving our business and diversifying. In 2006 a number of our subsidiary companies were joined under the name AGT Communications Group.

Today AGT consists of ten self-contained companies. AGT Communications Group is represented in all the federal districts of the Russian Federation and a number of foreign countries.

Our clients and partners - federal ministries and leading Russian and foreign companies specializing in telecommunications, oil production, metallurgy, banking and media.

1996 – AGT Communications Agency was founded.

1997 – AGT published 'In the Name of Life' by Sara Nazarbaeva, the Kazakh First Lady.

1998 – AGT became a partner of Rosneft Oil Company.

1999 – AGT conducted informational campaign for Svyazinvest and Rostelecom.

2000 – Bemobi was founded. Bemobi specializes in innovative web-designing. 2000 was also the beginning of active regional expansion. The first regional company, AGT North-West, was opened in St. Petersburg. Also, Geo-Tour travel agency was founded.

2001 – AGT won the contract for the reorganization program of GMK Norilsky Nikel JSC information support and established partnerships with leading foreign business media.

2001 – MegaFon was founded and AGT and MegaFon became partners.

2002 – AGT working with leading Russian media, provided information support to "Electronic Russia" one of the most important social and economic development programs.

2003 – AGT won the contract for information support of the E-education improvement program and participated in the organization of The Ministry of Education and Science information centre.

2004 – Media Line publishing house was founded. Today Media Lin is one of the most honored and recognized market leaders in the corporate press segment. It publishes more than 30 corporate editions monthly, with a circulation exceeding 750,000 copies.

2005 – AGT's active regional expansion continued. AGT founded offices in Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk. AGT's offices were also opened in Samara, Krasnodar and Nizhni Novgorod.

Imagine creative bureau was added to AGT's companies. It took over one of the core businesses of AGT- event-management.

2006 – AGT-Telecom and AGT became two separate business units. AGT-Telecom specializes in providing communication services for ICT market participants.

2007 – AGT Telecom PR-agency was conferred Silver Archer, Russia's main award in the media relations domain!

2007 – The CEO of MediaLine publishing house, Larisa Rudakova named winner of the National Media Business Award "Media Manager 2007" in the nomination "Corporate Press/Communications" for the development and successful management of the publishing house, majoring in corporate editions on conditions of outsourcing.

2008 – AGT Communications becomes full-fledged member of Association of PR Consulting Companies.

2008 – Roszarubezhcenter agency inks agreement with AGT Communications on the joint information support of Russia's foreign policy abroad.

2008 – AGT Communication's Chairman of the Board of Directors Vyacheslav Lashchevsky awarded "Media Manager of Russia 2008" award for merits in the development of PR and media relations sector in Russian regions and CIS.

2008 – Social Networks Agency launched to be Russia's first provider of PR services in social networks (www.snetwork.ru), with a prominent expert on internet communications Denis Terekhov as its head.

2008 – AGT Communications opens office in Kazakhstan's Almaty.

2009 – AGT launches office in Rostov-on-Don, the capital city of the Southern Federal District of Russia.

2009 – AGT Communications signs joint social project agreements with Mediasoyuz, National Board of Children and Youth Organizations of Russia, Russian Union of Youth, and Novye Perspektivy (New Prospects) Social Initiative Development Foundation.

2009 – AGT Communication's Chairman of the Board of Directors Vyacheslav Lashchevsky joins Strategic Board of the International association of business communicators (IABC/Russia).

2010 – AGT Communications launches a project of information and methodical support of the Year of Teacher in Russia.

2010 – By the results of 2009, AGT Communications Group was ranked seventh among communications agencies of Continental Europe and entered a Top 50 world's largest PR-companies according to The Holmes Report.

2011 – Chairman of the Board of Directors of AGT Communications Group, Vyacheslav Laschevsky elected as a Vice-President of the Russian Association of Public Relations (RPRA).

2011 – AGT was among the winners of BRAND OF THE YEAR/EFFIE-2010 Award.
